The Persian version of this document is the authoritative reference. In case of any discrepancy between the Persian and English versions, the Persian version prevails.

Definitions and scope of service

  1. The terms "the Site" or "bikweb" refer to the set of services provided through bikweb's addresses, including website design and development, personal link pages (bio pages), support subscriptions, premium addons and the bikcoin virtual credit.
  2. A "User" is any natural or legal person who creates an account on the Site or purchases any service.
  3. "Product/Service" means anything provided in exchange for payment, including a delivered website, a bio page, a support subscription, premium addons and bikcoin packages.
  4. This agreement is drawn up pursuant to Iran's Electronic Commerce Law (2004), the Law on Protection of Consumers of Goods and Services (2009), the Computer Crimes Law (2009), the Civil Code and the Civil Liability Law of Iran, and is interpreted in accordance with the same laws.

Acceptance of the rules and formation of the contract

  1. By creating an account, placing any order or making any payment, the User declares that they have read the full text of these rules and accept them unconditionally. The moment of acceptance is automatically recorded on the account and constitutes the legal proof of the User's consent.
  2. These rules, together with the tariffs and descriptions published on the Site, form the entire agreement between the User and bikweb and replace any prior understanding, oral or written.
  3. Failure by bikweb to enforce any provision of this agreement does not constitute a waiver of that right.

Registration requirements and eligibility

  1. Registration is only permitted for persons with full legal capacity (18 years or older). Use by persons under 18 is only allowed under the supervision and responsibility of their legal guardian.
  2. The User undertakes to provide correct, accurate and up-to-date information. Any damage caused by incorrect information is the User's responsibility, and bikweb may request identity verification and supporting documents at any time.
  3. Each natural person may hold only one account; creating multiple accounts or misusing another person's account is prohibited.

User account and security

  1. Keeping passwords, one-time codes and any means of access to the account confidential is the User's responsibility. Any action performed through the account is deemed an act of the User themself.
  2. The User must immediately report any unauthorized access or security breach to the support team via a ticket.
  3. bikweb will never ask for your password or login code by phone, SMS or email; stay vigilant against phishing.

User conduct and prohibited acts

  1. The User undertakes to respect the laws of the Islamic Republic of Iran, moral standards, public order and the rights of third parties when using the services.
  2. The following are strictly prohibited and constitute a violation: publishing criminal content under the Computer Crimes Law and the instances defined by the Committee for Determining Instances of Criminal Content; fraud and promotion of gambling or betting; infringement of others' intellectual property rights; distributing malware or attempting to intrude into or disrupt the service; impersonating other persons or entities; reselling the services without written permission; abusing the payment, refund or bikcoin systems; sending repetitive and unreasonable requests to support.
  3. Responsibility for the content of links, images and texts that the User places on their bio page or website lies directly with the User; bikweb acts solely as their technical host.

User content

  1. The moral rights of content the User creates and uploads to the service remain with the User. By publishing content on the service, the User grants bikweb a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to display and technically deliver that same content, solely within the framework of the services.
  2. If content contrary to the law or these rules is observed, bikweb has the right to remove the content and suspend the service without prior notice and, where required, to report the matter to the competent authorities.

The money system and payment methods

  1. All prices are announced in Iranian Rials and payments are made exclusively through payment gateways licensed by Shaparak (such as Zarinpal and Zibal).
  2. The payment contract is concluded between the User and the payment service provider (PSP); bikweb's obligation is to deliver the subject of the service after the payment is finally confirmed.
  3. Payment history and wallet records are visible in the user panel. In case of a duplicate payment or a gateway error, the amount is refunded or corrected through the same gateway.
  4. The User is responsible for the accuracy of their bank and payment information; after payment confirmation, an order can be edited only via a ticket and with the team's agreement.

bikcoin (virtual credit)

  1. bikcoin is an in-platform virtual credit usable only to purchase bikweb services and addons. bikcoin is not money, cryptocurrency, a security or a financial instrument, and has no value outside the platform.
  2. bikcoin cannot be converted to cash, transferred to other Users or refunded, and purchases of bikcoin packages are final.
  3. Package tariffs, bonus amounts and sale conditions are set by bikweb and may change; changes do not affect coins already purchased.
  4. In cases of fraud, system error, mistaken grants or violation of these rules, bikweb has the right to deduct or block bikcoin.
  5. Wallet transaction details are recorded transparently and can be viewed in the user panel.

Subscriptions, addons and service delivery

  1. Premium addons are sold as one-time, permanent purchases and are activated by the team after payment. Support subscriptions have a fixed duration and are renewed according to the tariffs published on the Site.
  2. The website building process consists of project registration, admin approval, design and delivery, and the delivery time is announced on the guide page.
  3. The change-request quota is determined by the active subscription; requests beyond the quota require separate payment.

Refund policy

  1. General principle: all purchases are final. A refund is made only when the purchased product or service has not been delivered to or activated for the User in full.
  2. Non-refundable items: delivered and activated digital services, periodic subscriptions whose period has already begun, purchased or consumed bikcoin, and amounts already spent on executing part of a project.
  3. How to request: the User submits a refund request within a maximum of 7 days after payment, via a ticket and with the transaction reference number. The request is reviewed within 5 business days and, once approved, the amount is returned to the original card through the same payment gateway within 72 hours.
  4. If the service is interrupted due to a fault of bikweb, compensation is provided only by extending the service period by the lost time.
  5. If the User cancels before project execution has started, the paid amount is refunded after deducting incurred costs and the gateway fee.

Intellectual property

  1. All rights relating to bikweb's software, interface design, brand, logo and content belong to bikweb, and any copying, reverse engineering or commercial exploitation without written permission is prohibited.
  2. The rights of the website designed for the User are delivered in accordance with the contract; the platform infrastructure and its shared components remain the property of bikweb.

Personal data and privacy

  1. The User's personal data (name, phone number, email and purchase history) is processed solely for providing the services, issuing financial documents and fulfilling legal obligations, in accordance with Articles 62 to 64 of the Electronic Commerce Law.
  2. Users' information is not sold or transferred to third parties and is disclosed to no one, except where the law requires disclosure to the competent judicial and regulatory authorities.
  3. SMS messages are sent only for login codes and service notifications, and the User may ask, via a ticket, to limit non-essential notifications.
  4. Behavioral analytics tools (such as Microsoft Clarity) are used only in aggregate to improve service quality.

Limitation of liability and force majeure

  1. bikweb provides the services in accordance with the contract and in a customary manner; indirect damages, including lost profits, are excluded from its liability to the maximum extent permitted by law.
  2. bikweb's total aggregate liability for any claim is capped at the amount the User paid for that specific service.
  3. In cases of force majeure — including nationwide internet disruptions, sanctions, natural disasters and sovereign decisions — obligations are suspended for the duration of the event, and subscription periods are extended accordingly.
  4. bikweb does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the service, and periodic maintenance is announced in advance wherever possible.

Suspension, termination and account deletion

  1. In case of violation of these rules, publication of criminal content or abuse of the service, bikweb has the right to suspend or delete the account after a warning (or without prior warning in severe cases); the User may register their objection via a ticket.
  2. The User may request deletion of their account via a ticket; after deletion, remaining bikcoin is forfeited and data is erased after the statutory retention period expires.
  3. Account deletion due to a violation creates no right to a refund for services already delivered.

Changes to the rules

  1. bikweb may update these rules; the version and effective date of the changes are published on this page, and material changes are announced through the panel or SMS.
  2. Continued use of the services after the effective date means acceptance of the new version; otherwise the User may request termination in accordance with Article 10.

Dispute resolution and governing law

  1. This agreement is governed by the laws of Iran, including the Civil Code, the Electronic Commerce Law and the Law on Protection of Consumers of Goods and Services.
  2. Disputes are resolved first through a support ticket, then by filing a complaint with the E-Commerce Development Center (Enamad), and ultimately through the competent judicial authorities of Iran.
  3. The authoritative reference of this document is the Persian version; the English version is provided solely for the information of non-Persian-speaking Users.
